🍇 Vinification & Aging
Harvested at full ripeness in late October, the grapes undergo a 15% bleeding to concentrate flavors. Stainless steel fermentation, extended maceration, and 18 months in Caucasian oak barrels reveal a wine that is both powerful and elegant.

Deep ruby color. An enchanting nose of black fruits with notes of caramel, vanilla and dark chocolate. Structured palate, silky tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, refined finish.
