What are the delivery times?

The average delivery time is 2 to 3 business days for Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. For Germany and France, it is 3 to 5 business days. In other countries, delivery usually takes between 4 and 6 business days.

How can I track my order?

You can track your package using the tracking link and number found in your personal account and in the shipping confirmation email for your order.

Right of withdrawal, returns, and refunds

Right of withdrawal:
In accordance with European Union legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. If you wish to exercise this right, please inform us of your decision by sending a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) within the specified period.

Return conditions:
The products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, along with any accessories. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.

Refunds:
A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned products. We reserve the right to delay the refund until we have received the goods or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

How do I place an order on the website?

To place an order, please follow these steps:

  1. Browse the products you're interested in and add them to your cart.
  2. If you wish to continue shopping, add more products to your cart. If you’re ready to finalize your order, click the "Checkout" button. You will then need to log in and enter the required information for billing and delivery.
  3. Carefully complete and verify your contact details, as well as your delivery and billing addresses.
  4. Select a shipping method from the available options.
  5. Choose a payment method.
  6. You will receive an order confirmation by email. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Do the prices include taxes?

Our prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes. However, since taxes may vary by country, the prices may slightly differ depending on your delivery address. We recommend creating an account and entering a delivery address to view the correct price including taxes for your country.

How many bottles can I order?

We ship your bottles in specially designed cartons to ensure their safety. Each carton can hold between 1 and 12 bottles. You can order up to 12 bottles per shipment. If you would like to order more, simply place multiple orders. If you have specific requests, contact us by email and we will be happy to assist.

What should I do if my package is damaged during delivery?

We do everything possible to deliver your items in perfect condition. Our packages are specifically designed for wine transportation and are insured. However, incidents may occur, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
If you notice upon delivery that your package is damaged, you have two options:

  • Refuse the package, which will be returned directly to the sender.
  • Accept the package while noting the damage to the packaging.
    In both cases, please contact us within 24 hours using our contact form and provide the following information:
  • A full photo of the package (exterior) with the label visible.
  • A photo of the opened package showing its contents.
  • A photo of the damaged part of the item.
    If the package is intact but an item is damaged or broken, please contact us immediately via the contact form and include a photo of the damaged item. Our team will address the issue as soon as possible.
Where can I find the vintages of the wines?

The vintages of our wines are generally indicated in the product details on each product page. The vintage shown in the bottle photo is not contractual, so please check the product details for the correct information. If a specific vintage is not mentioned or if you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
We do our best to deliver the vintages indicated. However, exceptions may occur due to vintage changes. Rest assured, we only offer vintages that we have approved through tasting.
