📦 Secure Shipping and Quantity per Order

We ship your bottles in specially designed boxes to ensure their safety during transport. Each box can hold between 1 and 12 bottles.

You can order up to 12 bottles per shipment. If you wish to order more, simply place multiple orders. For any specific requests, feel free to contact us by email.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email or in your personal account on our website.

🚨 What to Do If Your Package Is Damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, you have two options:

Refuse the package: It will be returned directly to the sender.
Accept the package: While noting the damages to the packaging.

In either case, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package via our contact form, providing the following:

A photo of the package with the label visible.
A photo of the opened package showing the contents.
A photo of the damaged item.
