Kangun 50%, Aligoté 25%, Chenin 25%.
Nice blend of grape varieties that we are not accustomed to seeing live together. A crystal clear wine with hints of pink and white berries. Well done, delicious and crunchy with biting finish.
Light straw yellow color. Rich nose with a fire of artifice fruits (mango, melon, tangerine, of passion, with white flesh like pear, blackcurrant buds) embellished with beautiful floral and wooded notes. A structure in mouth round and ample, with a sufficient freshness and an astonishing aromatic length full of creamy and fruity pastries.
The sparkling wine has a light yellow color with delicate and elegant bubbles displaying citric and fresh aromas with some notes of toast bread. The intense acidity makes it fresh and easy to drink.
Pairs well with appetizers, seafood, sushi and fruit desserts.
