Trinity 6100 Areni Noir 2022 New Vintage
Discover the Bold Character of Trinity 6100 Areni Noir Red Wine 2022
Introducing Trinity 6100 Areni Noir, a dry red wine crafted from 100% Areni Noir grapes, a native and resilient varietal from the famous Vayots Dzor region of Armenia. Cultivated in the Aghavnadzor vineyards, this wine reflects the region's distinctive volcanic terroir, with high sand and gravel content, enriched by a continental climate and 250 sun-filled days per year. Grown at a vineyard elevation of 1300 meters, the conditions are ideal for producing this refined and powerful red wine.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at the perfect degree of ripeness in the second half of October. After careful destemming and crushing, the wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by an extended post-fermentative maceration. To enhance its complexity, the wine is aged for six months in Caucasian oak barrels, infusing it with subtle woody and vanilla notes. All Trinity wines are produced following bio practices, ensuring sustainability and respect for the environment at every step of the winemaking process.
Tasting Notes
The Trinity 6100 Areni Noir displays a deep ruby color and an elegant fruity bouquet. Expect typical scents of ripe red fruits, beautifully accompanied by delicate notes of caramel and vanilla. On the palate, the wine reveals soft, ripe tannins, a refreshing acidity, and a long, satisfying aftertaste.
Serving Suggestions
This versatile red wine pairs wonderfully with red meats, particularly lamb, as well as soft cheeses and spicy pasta dishes. Its structure and bold flavors make it a perfect complement for richly flavored meals.
Aging Potential
While Trinity 6100 Areni Noir can be enjoyed immediately, it will reveal its full potential in 1-2 years and can be stored for up to 10 years in a good cellar, allowing its complex flavors to mature beautifully over time.
Indulge in this exceptional red wine, made from the indigenous Areni Noir grape, and discover the true essence of Armenian viticulture. Each bottle is produced with care, honoring the land through bio practices that ensure both the sustainability and purity of the winemaking process.
