KEUSH Extremis Rosé Brut Nature Méthode Traditionnelle
KEUSH EXTREMIS Rosé
"Traditional Method"
A Unique Sparkling Rosé from High Altitude Terroirs
KEUSH EXTREMIS Rosé is not just a sparkling wine; it is a tribute to the exceptional terroir of Khachik, a village located at over 1,750 meters above sea level in the Vayots Dzor wine region of Armenia. These vineyards are in an extreme environment of volcanic and limestone soils, creating unique conditions that give this wine its distinct character. The Areni grapes, grown on ungrafted vines aged 60 to 120 years, are the essence of this bold wine.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Fine, persistent bubbles, reflecting the meticulous process of the Traditional Method.
Aroma: A fragrant bouquet of fresh red fruits, with subtle hints of biscuit, capturing the freshness of this high-altitude terroir.
Taste: Lively acidity and deep minerality combine with fruity flavors and biscuit nuances, creating a long, refreshing finish.
KEUSH EXTREMIS Rosé uses the Traditional Method, similar to Champagne, to enhance the Areni grape, a gem of Armenia. This sparkling wine embodies both the country’s winemaking heritage and its promising future.
Produced under the direction of Vahe Keushguerian, a passionate advocate of Armenian viticulture, KEUSH EXTREMIS Rosé represents not only an exceptional wine but also a story of resilience in a region with a significant historical legacy.
Perfect for serving as an aperitif or pairing with seafood and light dishes, KEUSH EXTREMIS Rosé transforms each moment into a memorable experience.
