The Kangun grapes are hand harvested. Fermented with no skin contact at +9°C temperature.Light yellow in color, fruity and floral bouquet, with noticeable citrus notes, which add a crisp acidic note. Pairs well with white meats, white fish, cheeses and light vegetables.
