Made from hand-harvested and selected Haghtanak grapes.Spontaneously fermented with wild yeasts present on the grapes.Aged 7 months in Caucasian oak barrels.Ripe pomegranate in color, a dry full-bodied red with an intense bouquet. The Kangun grapes are hand harvested. Fermented with no skin contact at +9°C temperature.Light yellow in color, fruity and floral bouquet, with noticeable citrus notes, which add a crisp acidic note. Pairs well with white meats, white fish, cheeses and light vegetables.
