The grapes are hand harvested. Fermented with no skin contact at +9°C temperature.Off dry wine with a rich palate and surprising freshness. Pleasant floral bouquet with notes of tropical fruits. Pairs well with spicy food, nuts and a wide variety of both hard and soft cheese.Ideal with blue cheeses as well as creamy Brie or Camembert.

Subtle aroma of pollen and berries, and clearly expresses some notes of acacia flowers and vanilla.
